Didn't get to use it. Bought to use to haul a kayak and I was suppose to get the kayak tomorrow and on the highway today half the rack flew off dented my trunk and smashed on the road do not buy from this company.

I could not use the rack, It is does not fit my vehicle, It took about me about 45mins trying to put the rack together because there was no accompanying installation guide in the box. Overall I wasted my time and money.
