I bought this for 299.99 before the holidays. It's gone up in price, but looks and feels as good as a unit 2 to 3 times the price I paid. The system arrived promptly, in perfect condition, with all the parts there. My installer (an all around do-it-yourselfer, which I'm not), had no difficulties, and the system works perfectly. The power lift tool is amazing.

My 10 year old son helped me assemble it, but you think it needs two adults to install it.
Followed the instructions and spent about 4 to 5 hours to assemble and erect it.
Once in the ground and the cement cured, it is sturdy and looks great.

I spent about $150 extra to get this hoop instead of others I was seriously considering because the overall reviews from a few sites made it sound this hoop was a major jump in quality. I would say it is easy to put together and cement into the ground for me personally, but most of the nuts fit the bolt it was supposed to. Obviously their nuts and bolts come from different suppliers and tapping and dieing was not quite right between the two. Whatever ...home depot was just down the street to fix that problem. As soon as I got this thing in the ground after 3 days of waiting for the cement to cure, I took my first shot and was/am dissapointed with the lack of rigitidy in the whole system and especially the rim. I was hoping the rim would not bounce when a ball hits the rim, but this one is just like the rest. I will be looking for an after market replacement rim if one exists. And I will definetely fill the pole the last two thirds with cement to stiffin this thing up as well. Overall not happy but will make due.
